I am blessed to be able to live near the Buffalo National River in the beautiful Ozark mountains. I share a 180 acre ranch with my husband (who never ceases to amaze me) a herd of happy horses and two border collies. For as long as I can remember, I have held the camera in my family and have been in love with photography. I studied photography at the Memphis Academy of Arts and have been photographing weddings for over 25 years. My company has been known from the beginning as Maffei Albers Photography, a partnership with my mother who also loved photography and the arts, but with her passing I have finally decided to change the company name.

In wedding photography, my goal is to capture the events of your day as they unfold naturally and document the big moments as well as the emotions and all the little details. I like to work quietly and let you be yourselves without too much direction from me. I love to shoot in the Buffalo River area and all of Northwest Arkansas and surrounding area, but I am also available for destination weddings and would love to travel with you to your favorite amazing location.

You are special and uniquely "you" and your wedding will be unlike anyone else's. I love that about you! My job is to capture that uniqueness so that your photographs are also unlike anyone else's.

How much can we expect to pay for wedding photography? My pricing varies greatly depending on the amount of coverage you want and whether or not your package will include a custom album(s). All packages include professional editing and digital files delivered either by download or USB. I highly recommend that you consider a custom made wedding album. Images in their digital form are great, but will in time become obsolete as technology progresses. A high quality, archival book will remain intact for generations and will never become obsolete. Please contact me for a basic price list and let's talk about your wedding and your individual needs to develop a package that is suitable for your wedding and your budget. I would love to meet with you or discuss your wedding by phone so please contact me for more information. I value a genuine relationship and have continued to stay in touch with so many of my clients over the years. If you are truly interested in my work and value good quality photography please contact me.

What kind of camera equipment do you use? I use multiple professional grade Nikon cameras and Nikon lenses as well as Nikon flash equipment. I carry back up equipment with me at all weddings and photography sessions.

Are you available for travel? Absolutely! Let's talk about your amazing destination wedding!

So much goes into creating the best images that will document your wedding, engagement or lifestyle session and it is important to preserve these images in the best way possible. I encourage all of my clients to consider adding an album to the photography package if it is not already included.  Our modern technology for documenting and storing digital files is constantly changing and evolving for the better. This is good, but in the same breath, if your precious images do not follow suit and keep up with technology they risk being lost for future generations. The best way to preserve your images is with a beautiful, well made, archival album. The feel of the book and the pages in your hands cannot be rivaled and it can be shared for generations to come. Please ask me about your options for albums. I can send pricing on request and I am always happy to show you samples when we meet.
